Our Activities
Since 1997 we have serviced and partnered with technology companies from the food, agriculture, forestry and prefabricated construction sectors, introducing the latest technologies to Europe, Asia and Latin America.
We are now developing four technology joint ventures in Europe, two in Africa and two in L:atin America in crop protection, biomass production, carbon credit origination and trading, and fertiliser production.
Since 1999 we have been engaged as consulting engineers, as procurement contractors, and as developers for livestock, horticulture, broadacre cropping, greenhouse and aquaculture projects in Asia and Europe. Coupled with our 15 years of experience as distributors of farm machinery, irrigation equipment and fertilisers, we have the breadth of expertise up to the task for your project.
Our Hospitality Division has decades of expertise in the pre-development, development, soft-opening and operations of hotels and resorts in three continents.
We have our own investments in wine trading, renewable energy, construction, proptech and carbon credit origination.
We periodically engage in joint ventures in the agriculture sector and agtech sector.
We advise family offices, VC funds and state agencies on investment strategy in the food, agriculture and energy sectors, as well as performing due diligence and capital raising functions for selected clients.
