Engineering/Procurement/Construction (EPC)

Since 1999, we have been engaged in EPC for irrigation developments, greenhouses, mixed farms, intensive livestock operations and fish farms in Asia and Eastern Europe. We also have over two decades of experience as distributors of agricultural engineering inputs, and have established the first agricultural geotechnical consulting firm in the Caucasus.

Investment and Finance

With long-standing partners from Europe, the UK and East Asia, we engage in a range of corporate advisory services for family offices, funds and corporations. This includes strategy, due diligence, M&A Advisory and capital raising mandates.

Our sister company in Europe, Ululu Group, has its own investments in agribusiness, and trading in wine and comestibles worldwide, and we frequently leverage those connections.
