Established in 1997 as an agricultural consultancy business servicing Indonesia and the Philippines by Australian veterinarian Dr Simon Appleby, we have steadily grown as a group of companies alongside our European sister company Ululu Group Ltd.

From consulting in livestock and horticulture, we went on to design and construct projects for clients in the beef, dairy, aquaculture and plantation agriculture sectors in Indonesia from 1999.

Our Mainland China group formed in 2002 and was engaged in consulting and EPC for major multinational and domestic food groups, including major agribusiness and monopoly catering company serving China Railways, Fu Ji Catering.

Our Caucasus/Eastern Europe business was established in 2010 in Georgia and in Armenia in 2015, with activities in Central Asia and Eastern Europe in EPC and consulting in viticulture, orchards, aquaculture, and livestock, as well as our own farming operations.

Our Commodities Export business has developed over the past decade to incorporate alcoholic beverage, boxed beef, biomass pellets and green coke (high grade biochar).

Our Infrastructure Division has worked on multiple large projects in the past 2 decades in the Renewable Energy, Oil & Gas, Free Industrial Zone and Urban Development sectors in Asia and Eastern Europe.

Our African and Latin American businesses leverage our extensive market and investor network in East Asia and Western Europe.

Our core team now incorporates experienced professionals from Australia, USA, UK, Europe, Hong Kong and Argentina.
